• Most recent 48 months of USPS permanent change-of-address data (COA's)
• Approx 160 million COA records to match against with 40 million updates per year
• Sourced from PS Form 3575 Change of Address Orders by relocating postal customers
• Updated weekly
• Secure technology that encrypts all text into a mathematical 11-digit number for more reliable address matching
• Match Return Codes have replaced Nixie Codes, but it’s essentially the same
• NCOA Link new addresses are CASS Certified and confirmed through DPV.

Proprietary Change of Address

• Captures address changes not found through USPS
• Approx 35% of people who move each year don't file a Change of Address with USPS
• Most recent 48 months of address change data; approx 25 million records
• Looser matching logic than NCOA, but still quite reliable
• Up to 3% additional new addresses found
• Sourced from magazine subscriptions, catalog companies, retailers, banks, etc.
