The method used to identify these individuals is developed from statistical modeling techniques and includes over 40 scorecards to assure highly accurately results. Estimated Income is derived from four primary sources: 1) individual demographics, 2) census data, 3) real estate records, and 4) national consumer credit file information.

BCI commonly matches over 90% of records and then codes each individual to one of the thirteen segmented income designations ranging from under $15,000 up to $250,000 and over as shown below.
